We're conveniently located near I-94!.
Park Place Citihomes is located in Minneapolis just minutes north of downtown, one stoplight away from the intersection of West Broadway and Lyndale Avenue.
There are 33 townhouse condominiums in our Association, each with an address on one of our two private streets: New York Avenue and Skyline Curve. Our streets can be accessed only from 18th Avenue North before it dead ends.
Our guests and visiting service vehicles are allowed to park in curbside Guest Parking spots available on both New York Avenue and Skyline Curve. Each resident may also instruct his guest to park a single vehicle behind his unit, parallel to the garage door, for New York addresses; and directly behind the garage on Skyline Curve.
